Everything was explained and he answered all my questions. These are white carpets and I won't say how long they hadn't been cleaned,and Nate did a fantastic job and we have 'white' carpets in three rooms and are just so pleased (actually amazed) at what your company can do.The ads we hear on FM-107 are so true ! Really didn't know how it would be cleaning in the winter, but that Door Cover you use is awesome. We told Nate we will be calling back in the spring for the two upper rooms. Nothing like it. Carpets smell fresh and not soapy slippery. The service tech Kyle was a very polite and respectful kid. Clean cut and presentable as well as knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy but showed after care products which I bought.
