The one thing I would have to say, is the experience trying to get an appointment is way too much in depth and the technician that did the carpets did an amazing job but the company policy must be to oversell everything. A little too high pressure. You have a great product I would prefer it's just left at that.

Coming back to fix what was not apearent when your job was done
It was quick and clean service even in the cold, salty, wet MN winter we had. The carpets dried really fast throughout the whole house and are looking great! We were moving into a new house that had a couple dogs, so we had the whole house treated for that as well. And because it was the whole house they gave a discount, which was even better!

I like that there are no harsh chemicals and you always do such a good job cleaning and we had some stains from our dog. I would recommend you in fact I have told people how good you do.
