I love knowing that your cleaning process doesn't use any chemicals that could be left behind in my carpet for me and my dog to walk around on every day. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my carpets were cleaned with a safe, natural product. The technician who performed the service, Jason Engelman, was fantastic. He was very friendly, completely knowledgeable of the product and the nuances of carpet care, was willing to answer all my questions, and he wasn't pushy with any extra services. He simply offered the extras, explained what they were and how they might benefit me, and then let me make the decision without any pushy salesman tactics on his part. I had an awesome experience with Zerorez and would totally recommend them!

Technician was very nice and wasn't pushy about adding add'l things to raise the bill. My only disappointment was nothing he could do anything about...could completely lift the dirt in the traffic patterns. I was hoping for more. He explained that they could only do so much. Price was right with the coupon so I was satisfied. Rest of the carpet looks good. My big test is to see how it reacts after being cleaned. Past experience...the residue did make my carpets get dirty faster. I'm told with Zerorez that won't happen. I guess I'll know in months to come.

Todd was very professional and went above and beyond to to get the stains out of my carpet. He worked very hard and quickly. I have already recommended your services to our realtor for their other clients. The realtor said our tile looked new!
