This was the first time we had the duct work cleaned in our home, so we were not sure what to expect. We were very impressed with the excellent customer service (both from a scheduling perspective and from a technician standpoint), and we found the technicians to be very knowledgeable. No cleanup on our end was also a plus! :-)

The stains that were in my beige carpet (which is over 10 years old) are completely gone and when you walk into the house you don't smell anything but clean. I get a few more years out of my carpet and I get to enjoy sitting on the floor again.
