Adam was very polite and professional. He called before he arrived, as promised, and was on time. He explained all the options for cleaning and pointed out all the areas that were beyond bringing back to "new". Zerorez's customer service was great from giving me a quite, calling to let me know the exact window of time they would be there 2 days before and calling 20 min ahead of when they would actually be at my house. (Thus I did not need to take the day off.)

Cleaned well and got stains out
Both the the dudes were very knowledgeable and friendly. Darnell mentioned that the carpets were probably on their last leg as they are about 14 years old and some of the dirt has just managed to become part of the fabric itself! Darnell properly set up the expectations for the cleaning. They paid special attention to areas that I had shown to them. They even tried to explain the "Empowered Water" thing!
Overall, they did a very good job and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone in need of a carpet cleaning.
