The pre-treat product made our house smell fresh and clean. The service person, Adam, knew his products to answer questions and suggested services to clean other floor surfaces. We didn't have to worry about soap residue in our carpet. The areas cleaned look amazing for 10 year old carpets.

I actually haven't taken the rug I had cleaned out of the car, yet. But I have to tell you, your staff seems to really like their jobs. Everyone I've ever talked with there seems happy. That doesn't happen in the world much.
