Love the smell of your spot remover treatment. Love that you don't have to hook up to my water supply. Your employee was very nice to work with and he answered all my questions.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the fact that Zerorez is safe for my child who has severe allergies and a weakened immune system. It feels great to know he can lie on the floor and play safely on the carpet without breathing in harmful chemicals or soap residue. My carpet has never looked cleaner, and it dried so quickly! It looks brand new!

My tech, Justin, was very professional and did a great job! He had me check everything over to make sure I was satisfied with each room before he moved on. It smelled like fresh oranges when he was done cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez!

We've had great results with Zerorez. The technicians were able to get out old saturated wax and pet stains from our carpet fibers. Our carpets can wait on being replaced, and now look & smell fantastic!

Steve, our technician, was just superb! He clearly went over the services to be provided, made sure we were happy along the way, was personable, yet worked efficiently and did a fantastic job! He took out a plant stain I did not think would come out. My neighbor asked how Zeroez was today and I told her just outstanding! I also really appreciate Steve told me he got a dollar for turning in a response card from me. Such honesty and transparency doesn't exist in a lot of places today. You evidently have a great combination of a wonderful employee and good training. I'll be back! Bonnie Johnson

The technician, Valentin Kiselev, was thorough, polite and knowledgeable. I will be requesting him next year when I get my carpet cleaned. I have had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez ever since they started. I like the cleaning technique and the service.
