First time our carpets have been cleaned professionally in 14 years. We had mostly used our own carpet machine for years. The house when Alex finished felt cleaner and the carpets had an almost new thickness that returned to them. We will definitely have zerorez back again and highly recommend them to others.

When they came out a second time, they sent a seasoned tech who was able to explain everything, took care of things he could, and let me know why the things that couldn't be fixed were the way they were. He was very nice through the whole process, and worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the results.

Professionalism of technicians and quality of cleaning.

Did a nice jib but you are so expensive. I could have had another cleaner for lots less than $185.00. I like your product but cannot the price be adjusted a bit? By the time my area rug us cleaned this will have cost me close to $500.00. Very expensive.
