The technician Darin was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and informed us of everything he was doing along the way. He made sure we were comfortable what steps we needed to take when removing pet oder. He made sure we never felt pressured to spend more even though we all knew had to. It smelled NASTY. Darin is a hard worker and I appreciated his work ethic.
