That there are not chemicals involved, most of the stains are removed, the serviceman gives great advice and insight into what they can do and it gets done quickly. They also come when they say and do not leave us hanging around and waiting.

The techs were courteous, respectful, and worked hard. The results were amazing - clearly better than any other carpet cleaner we have ever used. Our carpet feels so soft and luxurious, not hard and stiff like it does after other cleaners are done. Must be the "no residue"!

prior to putting our hosue on the market, we had zero rez come out to clean wall to wall carpet on our half story. (the rest of house is all hardwoods)...the carpet was off white berber loop, and was dirty from our Lab, Albert, his dirty paw prints and oily coat made the rug...well....dingy. the team turned our dingy carpet bright brighht white...literally..my mouth fell open.
the house sold and we moved to a highrise in downtown minneapolis.
i dropped off out 9x12 wool carpet at the factory in st louis park.
i was met by so many friendly staff..they even gave me a factory tour and an instructional on how my carpet would be cleaned.
we recently picked it up...and its fanstastic.
i had my mom call Zerorez in her home state of NC and they cleaned her wall to wall and furniture. SHE LOVED THEM. they had just opened up in NC and wondered how she heard of them. "My son in Minnesota!!!!!" gave me the recommendation.
