I had some stains rise after the first cleaning. Zerorez returned twice at no charge and removed both stains.
Appointment was right on time. Our technician, Adam, was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell extra services. In fact he was very honest with us about the pet stains on our carpet and informed us of the best way to deal with them. He did a thorough job and I would definitely call Zerorez again!
Great service, great people
Greg Mueller cleaned our vents. He showed pictures of before and after but with so many vents it is hard to tell how much of a difference the cleaning will make. This is nothing against ZEROREZ but more the difficulty knowing for sure how well the vents get cleaned because you can't see or feel the difference like you can with carpet.
Mark Kaiser cleaned our carpet and we were very please with the results. Mark was up front on what he felt he could clean and what was questionable regarding spots on the carpet.
