I'm a first time customer of Zerorez for any service. The entire process was well-organized and enjoyable. Getting a callback from a courteous person after making the appointment online was great. I like the phone call follow up with the arrival window a couple of days prior. The pricing (estimate) was upfront. The "cleaner" Matt called ahead and was great. Very knowledgeable, polite, and impressed me with the little things like taking the time to explain things and when he plugged the 220 plug back in for the range, he even reset the clock! Great service from beginning to end.

The technician (Gabriel) was polite, professional and explained every step in the cleaning process. The main area that I was concerned about was the steps as they were definitely showing the dirt on the edges but they cleaned up fantastic. The technician was also happy to address a small area/discolor in the carpeting - I was very happy of the outcome!! I will recommend Zerorez to everyone!!
