Mike was the tech that came to my home, Mike showed me what he was about to do, he explained what the services were and how they worked. He explain any and all options I had. He was very professional and made sure that I understood what he was about to do, he asked me several times if I had any questions. I work in the service world, I deal with customer's all day, if half my team was as professional as Mike was, my job would be a lot more enjoyable. Great job Mike. !!
