Greg got my carpet pretty clean and we didn't think he would. Although the living room carpet was left pretty wet that concerned us.

The technician and his assistant were wonderful. I had a really bad stain on the carpet and he did everything he could to get it out. The carpet looks great!!

So polite and professional! The years of wear and dirt are gone and the carpet looks like new!!! So excited as it has been cleaned regularly but no one has ever managed to get it this clean!

What do you like about our products and services?

Very quick and all the spots came out. Also love that the carpets are not soaking wet when done. But most of all we love Dominique Spencer. He rates a 20 plus. He is the nicest guy we have ever met and very professional . We asked him for his card as when we give out your company name we want them to ask for Dominique specificly . Why you ask???? Because he does deserve it. 😀

Our carpet was down right gross and after zerorez came we were blown away. Nice tecnition and reasonably priced.

Carpet cleaning was a very efficient process. I was, however, was suppose to get a free air duct inspection. The technician did not complete that.
