My Carpet looks great and the tech was great to work with. Not only did he get my carpet looking fantastic but he was so helpful with pointers on maintaining the carpet. I really appreciated his approach because I didn't feel he was being pushy about selling me extra services but just making me aware of them. I did end up purchasing the protector and he explained that it would feel a little crusty at first but it would go away after I vacuum a few times. GREAT JOB, will definitely use zerorez again.

First and foremost the young man that came out to my home was so nice informative and did an amazing JOB!!! He worked so hard especially on a certain spot related to pet urine and odor! All I have to say is the stain is gone and the urine smell thanks god is gone as well!

Technician, Dwayne, explained every process in detail, was courteous, efficient, and got the carpeting so clean. It brightened up so well and he even got out most stains, including pink nail polish on cream colored carpet!

It works! My carpet is 10 years old and looks new. The 2 guys that cleaned the carpet were super helpful and full of information. They did a great job! This is the second time I have had zerorezoning clean my carpets and is the only carpet cleaning company I will use from now on. I had a different company clean my carpets 4 months ago and there is no comparison...zerorez is hands down the best if you want your carpets to look great!
