The technician who came to clean my carpet was excellent. He was prompt, polite, and explained the process very well.
Carpet looked great, spots out that I didn't think would ever come out. Carpet dried fast and was soft, not crunchy. The person who did the work was super! Friendly, answered questions, gave a great explanation of how the system worked, gave recommendations on what areas needed what treatment, etc. Also, I know he had a schedule but he made it feel like I was his only appointment and he would spend whatever time was needed to make my job perfect. I have already recommended Zerorez to 2 people at work!

It's always easy. When I call, they can come out within a short amount of time. Their customer service is exceptional. They are pleasant, on time, and professional. Plus my carpets always look great when they're done.

I submitted a survey recently and was totally impressed with the quick response of Dave. He listened to my concerns and promptly made a follow up visit to correct the spots that came back up on the carpet. He did everything to make sure I was satisfied. This made all the difference in the world to me and am now very happy with the service.
He did a good job,was clean cut,articulate. Someone you did not mind in your home. Spoke English, which was a nice bonus as well.
