Extremely professional. Explained what he was doing and why high traffic areas may not come 100% clean, but to everyone's surprise they did. Steve and his trainee (sorry, forgot his name) were respectful of our home. They worked hard to make the 12 yr old carpet look nearly new. They engaged in conversation with me while they worked. Didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. We have used other companies and cleaned the carpets ourselves before and this is the cleanest we have seen the carpets including the steps. Thank you!! "Our guy" was/is great! I believe he cleaned our carpets last year, and I'm so glad he was "it" this year. Very professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, etc. He's a very good representative for Zerorez! Also, we like how the carpets look and smell afterwards; we like the process and not having any residue left on the carpets.

The carpet cleaning is easy to schedule on-line. I also like that you call a day or so ahead of time to confirm the appointment time, and that someone calls within 15 minutes of arrival time--very helpful. The employee who came out, Mark, was very courteous, gave me a time-frame of how long it would take, and was flexible with trading out one room for stairs and a landing to the upstairs.
