I was more impressed w/ the customer service. Jamie was knowledgeable, hard working, and went out of his way to make sure he did an exceptional job.
Dwayne was our guy and he did a great job and really took his time on our "problem" areas. He was friendly and honest. He told us right from the start that our problem areas weren't going to be completely gone, but better. So we knew exactly what to expect. We loved that!
The was no sticky residue left on the carpet; it was safe to walk on almost immediately and we were able to place our furniture back within two days.

The person, Jon Schonning, who was the technician who cleaned our carpets from your company was very knowledgable and very considerate. He wore covers for his shoes and told me the entire cleaning would take an hour and a half and he was correct.
