The process used is very efficient, first the pretreating is very important but if not completely applied evenly. The final step of cleaning and working those traffic areas effectively to bring success. But if not done right one ends up with a spotty traffic area, some clean areas and some not clean.

When they came to clean the ducts and furnace the first time, they found some asbestos that had to be abated. Once that was taken care of, it was easy to reschedule. Also, they didn't charge me for having to come out the first time. Plus, there had been a mix-up and the carpet guys forget to give me the multi-service discount. They quickly made it right.
And now our furnace and ducts are clean and good to go! Thanks!

Matt did a great job informing me of process, what to expect, and answering my questions. My daughter's room was quite "stained" with make-up. I wasn't expecting it to come out--just hoping to freshen up room-- but it's amazing how much make-up actually came out.
I didn't know they do area rugs(not in home) and Matt was very informed of process and gave me a quote ones we had.

The technician was very professional...very knowledgeable...and willing to share the process, affording me a better opportunity to fully understand what the differences are between Zerorez, and the competition, per se. Yet, at no time, was he negative about any one, anything. He simply allowed me to make that decision on my own.
