Very pleased with the clear, precise explanation of how and what Dom was going to do. Very happy with the results. My chair he cleaned, I was sure wouldn't clean very well and it looks great. He then recommended the air duct cleaning and we were happy with them as well. Thank you we will be calling again when we need work done. Very pleased with Don's professional service.

After having a very bad experience with Zerorez the last time that I had them clean my carpet, I decided to give them another chance. I'm very glad that I did as this time things went very well. They actually made good for the bad experience. It's very refreshing to know that there are still companies who really care about their customers. Thank you to the senior rep, David who really listened and did a great job.
