The service is great but the dispatch is terrible. Only problem was each service was 10 hours apart of each other. Wasted my whole day with continued promises that the carpet guy was 20 minutes away. 4 hours later he finally showed up with a contradictory story from what I was told. Billy the carpet guy did a great job, he helped me move all my furniture and got my carpets looking new again. The air duct guy was really good too. Very friendly and called dispatch for me and said the carpet guy would be able to come early. Too bad dispatch left a bad taste when the guys did a great job.

It took a lot longer then we thought, but the job was done very well. We would use them again.
We are a big fan of the minimal chemical use and the removal of any residue on the carpets. I use Zerorez in my business on a quarterly basis. We have over 3000 square-foot of commercial carpet, they provide fantastic service and the carpet stay cleaner much longer.
Always dependable with scheduling, showing up on time (or even early-I like that), always do a GREAT job cleaning. The technicians are always great. I appreciate how he tried to keep the cost within what I said I wanted for my price point when I scheduled. I always appreciate how they explain what they will do, walk through with me when they are done. They are always neat and respectful of my furniture, walls, etc. Thanks for a GREAT job!!

The technician did a good job on my carpets although we wanted the tile in the shower done and were told that the stains wouldn't come out on the grout so it wouldn't be worth it. That was disappointing as Zerorez advertises that they perform this service.
Rob was great. Informative, honest, and thorough.
The guys that cleaned the ducts were friendly and knowledgeable. The worked quickly and cleaned up the mess. We had not been told that we needed to remove vent covers or we would be charged extra, so we had to scramble to get that done while they were setting up. In one instance, I was not able to get the vent cover off so they did it for me and did not charge extra. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their ducts cleaned.
