Great technician! Also like the cleaning!

Cleaning services we have used in the past all used truck mounted cleaning equipment that required running huge hoses throughout our facility. Sometimes those hoses would leak and create problems on flooring not related to the areas being cleaned. Quite frustrating. Also if we cleaned the carpets in the humid summer months the excessive moisture would cause the carpet to pucker and bulge. Often these areas would flatten when dry but concerning none the less. Some of our staff would have to avoid the facility on carpet cleaning days to avoid the fumes.
Derrick introduced us to the Zerorez low moisture system. Obnoxious fumes were eliminated, the carpet did not buckle in any of the areas cleaned, and we didn't have rubber hoses running through our hallways. I know we posed a special challenge with the severe stains on our 3000 SF meeting hall with wool carpet! The stains came up, carpet is beautiful!

Alex, showed up at about 4:15-4:20, we went over the procedure and what he was going to do and what I wanted to see done. He went to work and about 45-50 minutes later he was done, he called me down to see his work, it was PERFECT! He did a fabulous job. Alex was engaging as a consultant for your company and product and he tried to upsell the vents and clearner. He was polite and professional at all times and was very thorough. Arrival precisely on time. Complete pre-treatment of high traffic areas before staring the cleaning. The cleaning was done within the estimated time and the job was thorough. Fans were set up to partially dry the carpet. Kevin did a superb job. We will request him again.

You arrive exactly when you say you will and finish at the scheduled time. The carpets are super clean. In fact I think this year they were cleaner than the last time I used Zerorez. Amazing how your derby from just keeps getting better and better. The technician was personable and knowledgeable. I could not ask for anything more. I will always choose Zerorez for my carpets.
