We hired Zerorez to clean 3 condo buildings all common areas carpet. This included all halls, stairwells, party room, all rugs and even the elevator. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonable with price. Most importantly they did an excellent job.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like your employees, I liked their determination, caring and dedication to get my carpets as clean as possible and the knowledge of what products would work the best to remove certain stains resulted in amazing results. I am very happy with the end result. Kudos to Kevin and Gabby for doing a wonderful job!

My handwoven rug had cat urine on it, among other stains, and afterward it looked near new again! The professionalism of the employees I spoke with and overall outcome of how nice my rug looks (and smells!) has far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!

What do you like about our products and services?

Ryan was very honest about end results. The carpet looks good, and is soft to the touch. No feeling of residue. He tried very hard to remove some stains on an ottoman. They are not entirely gone, but it looks better. I would use your services again.

The professionalism and friendliness of your carpet technician. His thoroughness and attention to detail was very appreciated. The empowered water seemed to do the trick to alleviate the every day wear and tear of five children, a dog and numerous etc. etc. etc. we also had a orange Brain Putty stain that had gotten into the fibers. What ever he did it worked. Even the children couldn’t believe he got it out. Thank you very much!
