The Technician was very friendly and professional, and did a great job on our carpets. Your company might consider lightening up a bit on the upsell though. I suppose your Techs are required to do some of this, and our Technician was very polite and didn't try to "hard-sell" us, but it seemed just a bit much. This wouldn't, however, prevent us from using Zerorez again in the future.

Felt like our house smelled like cat pee long after our carpets were dry. Called back and had the guys come out and redo the area where it was the worst. He did a deep pull and now we have a pee free home. :)

This price is reasonable for what you get and my carpet looks like it's brand new. Ricardo cleaned my carpets and he did an all around exceptional job. He was professional and friendly. He was kind enough to grant a coupon that I found the day before my scheduled date. He moved my furniture to make sure and do a thorough job and he was very efficient. Would definitely recommend to others and use this company again.
