Ryan called ahead to indicate when he’d arrive. He was professional, personable and proficient. He also provided some carpet education. He was great.

The cleaners are polite, courteous, wear slippers over their shoes, listen to what you say and answer questions. They are also on time - usually a little early, and work fast but get the job done well. Scheduling is quick and easy too.

I like that it is safe for my pets. The staff was outstanding - very professional, courteous, and sincerely wanting our carpet cleaning to exceed our expectations. The technicians took the time to find out any areas of concern and they addressed this with their cleaning. I had some tile cleaned and it looked really fantastic (super clean grout). The carpets looked great. It was a pleasure to do business with Zerorez.

I liked the quiet equipment, it was fast. the serviceman was very considerate. There was much less wetness on the carpet when he finished. Will definitely recommend your company.
Also,it was interesting to know that the cleaning agent was made from orange peels and has no harmful rezidue.
I thought Dan was punctual, explained things very well, and did a great job.
When I called to set up the order, I got the "3 room special for $139" and I was kind of expecting that there was some "changes/additional items" I might need. But was modestly surprised at all the additional items/up charges that can occur during the "on-site sales process".
I understand I could've said "no" to some/many of the up-charge options, but I guess my point is to better prepare the customer during the appointment set-up time that the "$139" isn't going to be the final amount......and maybe "$250" isn't going to be the final amount......could be "$400 (like mine was).
