Before I had the carpets cleaned I would wake up each morning with hives at my waist and legs. Also during the morning it would spread to my arms and stomach. Also I wear a CPAP mask and my eyes were getting infected and sore.
Since having the carpet cleaned I have had no hives and my eyes are clearing up. It's what you can't see that makes you sick and Xerorez cleans everything up. The carpets were not excessively wet when they left and dried quickly.

I saw technician Dan use his "magic flashlight" to locate the many "doggie spots"....……...it was reasonably fast...……..all the "doggie spots" from the previous owner were removed.
I would have preferred new carpeting, but it looks like this has come very close.

One, the carpets are always amazing when you are done.
Two, in this case our dog got sick. ZEROREZ was able to come out for an emergency trip to clean one room even though their schedule was full. The carpet was a mess when they walked in. When they left it looked amazing and like nothing ever happened.

The associates did a wonderful job! The carpets look like new. The whole house feels fresh and clean. No perfumes! The carpet dried mostly in a day, by day two it was completely dry (it was summer and the windows were open). Thank you!

The Zerorez representative was very friendly and professional, a good listener, and seemed very knowledgeable about the product. He thoroughly and efficiently cleaned the carpets. He was careful to wear covers on his shoes, put a mat down, and covered the door opening. The orange scent is very pleasant. The rugs got nice and clean and dried well. The cost was very reasonable. We even got a call that they had a cancellation and could come earlier if we wished. So we were done in the morning. We have had Zerorez here before and will again.
