Effective and product comes out looking great. No harsh smells. The tech was very courteous and thorough. He explained everything several times and confirmed with me what I wanted done. I will be hiring you again and have already told several people to hire you for carpet cleaning.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the employees, but most importantly the job they do. My steps are a pain and I always ask them to spend time on getting them clean, which they do. All in all, I’ve been very pleased with your company. I wish returning customers would get some kind of discount, however. Just a thought!
