We were given a window of 10-1 for arrival, and Daryl called at 9:40 to say he’d be there just before 10:00. Initial consult was great. He had large living room, hallway, and stairs all done (including extra bio treatment in living room) inside of 45 min. Very knowledgeable about the process. It helped that I cleared out the room and vacuumed everything first (do that, people, so Zerorez can focus on cleaning and get out more quickly!). Very satisfied with the quality of service we received.

The staff treated our home and surroundings with respect. They answered all our questions and worked around our schedule.

I have used Zerorez twice in the past year or so. They are always on time, courteous and do an excellent job. We have two rescue dogs and one of them had a "problem" in our master bedroom this past week. I called Zerorez and they were able to get out the next day.

Ryan Wicks did an incredible job. He worked hard to get everything looking great again. He explained several options to handle the situation but what I appreciated most, we he said "let's start here and if it doesn't meet your satisfaction, we can add the additional service". I very much appreciate that he didn't push the more expensive solution without trying the first option.
