Good communication. I received a voicemail reminder the day prior to my appointment and a text the day of to say the techs were 15 min out and they arrived on time. Friendly, courteous and very informative. Technician Trainer Mandel Dalton was amazing! He was readily able to “add on” to my order with a discount! He and his partner (Name?) spent extra time/effort to remove my stains. My 24 year old carpet looks and feels new again! I will certainly use Zerorez again and request Mandel🙂

Kieran was fantastic! He took the time to check in at the beginning of the day to let me know a more detailed time of arrival and then again as it became closer which was much appreciated. He was just very professional and pleasant. Carpets turned out great too!!

I have a sick cat. The vet really can't do more for me. I have spent over $3,000. It's not dying, it just has stomach problems with different food she eats. She is a very sweet cat. Thanks to you people, you can get out the stains out of my carpet after she throws up.

Zerorez is great. I really appreciate the friendly service. I wish you wouldn’t force the techs to do that schtick near the end of the service where they have to come get me and pretend they can’t find the stains. It’s really lame and obvious as a repeat customer and it makes me question the service you’re providing.
