I did the air duct cleaning and it was amazing! I love how efficient the team of two were and that there was no residual dust to clean up after. The results were fabulous and seeing the video inside the vents was helpful! I also appreciated the added dryer vent clean out. We also purchased the infrared sanitizer with the charcoal odor reducer and we are happy you offered that on site.

We appreciate the emails we receive regarding the deals you offer. The site is very easy to use when we set up an appointment. There are several different dates and times that are offered to choose from. You always give an estimated cost. Once we set an appointment you send the email to confirm. We get reminders, which are nice. The Zerorez carpet cleaner called to say he was on the way and gave us his estimated time of arrival. Once there he explained the sequence of what was going to happen and then he sprayed the carpet with a very good smelling cleaner. When he was done cleaning we were shocked at how clean everything got. Even the spots we didn't think would come out were clean! A beautiful sight to see!

My experience with ZEROREZ was stellar! My house was going on the market in a day & I had an unexpected carpet emergency. Even though there wasn't a same day appointment available the dispatcher worked a miracle & made it happen. The technician was a calm balance to my "crazy." He was honest and thorough explaining his thoughts, concerns and options. He asked several times if I had any questions. I felt he was very patient with me and empathetic with my situation. An itemized quote was provided for me to review & approve before he brought any equipment into the house. I didn't feel any pressure to hurry up and make a decision. At the end of the day, even though he expressed he wasn't 100% sure cleaning the carpet was the best place to start, I made the decision to go ahead. I was so impressed with his integrity & professionalism. The kind of service the dispatcher and technician provided is so rare to find. I'm a loyal customer for life. Thank you!

Trom was AWESOME!!! He took the time to walk through the house with me and asked about my concerns and any known areas that needed extra attention. He even got down on the carpet to smell it to see if there was an area that needed extra treatment. He educated me about the product I was using to "clean" my carpet myself and told me that I can always ZEROREZ for a spot treatment anytime!
