I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning! There was a mystery stain that’s been on the carpets since before I moved in and the previous carpet cleaning company I had in couldn’t get it out, so I was shocked when the Zerorez tech got it out easily!!

But, one of the things that I value so much is the quality of your team. Kiernan Moore and Hykeem Green who cleaned our carpets and stair were informative about the process and very efficient doing the work. And, as an added bonus, extremely engaging and personable.

The two gentleman who came to pick up my 4 rugs, whose names unfortunately I did not get, were equally informative and efficient, and again as a bonus were extremely engaging and personable.

And none of these men mansplained to me!

Tino (I hope I have his name spelled correctly), was great to work with. He explained everything I needed to know. He gave me a great rate on cleaning the small room with very little cleaning area. Added some protective product in high volume of use areas with no charge. Super nice guy! Carpets look great!!

I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get the date and timeframe I wanted. The tech called when he was 30 minutes out. He explained the process and set expectations for my older carpet. I had two rooms and stairs cleaned and was very happy with the results. I have already recommended Zerorez to my neighbor who saw the truck in the driveway.
