The service rep was very good. He did an outstanding job. But our carpets remained wet for three days. I hosted a party for a bride, on third day. The night before needed to rent high powered fans and heaters to dry the carpet. Spots came back before it dried. That may be my carpet, so can't be held against your company.

I called earlier today as I have a couple of spots that need to be redone and I needed to set an appointment for someone to come and take care of another problem. Your telephone receptionist was very thorough and responded pleasantly and was able to set me an appointment that was convenient.

This time I had Dennis Kennedy as my technician and not only was he extremely personable - but he answered questions that I had regarding spotting as well as a few others. He was VERY thorough and so nice. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and he treated my carpet with expert care.

Low residue after treatment.

Good cleaning job, but was told by the tech he would write a report and submit with my receipt noting his observations associated with our below the kitchen tile missing concrete foundation caused by a broken water pipe.

We received the receipt via email with no comments as promised by the tech.

Arrived on-time; there was no mess; Robert was very professional; the results were fantastic!!

I Just had my sofa cleaned - after my daughter vomited on it- when I spoke with the person that came over he was very confident that he could get the smell out- I asked what my next step would be if the smell didnt come out and he thought that would not happen- the the cushions most affected still have an ordor and the the most affeected sofa cushion has a diffent texture than the rest and there are lines running all down it- also my ottoman was cleaned and there are lines running down my microfiber ottoman that I have been trying to get out that are not comming out- I dont undertsand microfiber is a pretty durable fabric -if this happend what happens on more delicate fabrics?
