I think your service is great your product is wonderful I love how my carpet feels afterwords. The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very professional and did a great job this is my second time using your company and I will continue to use your company.
Despite the fact that a few areas were missed inadvertently, over all we are very pleased with the improved look and soft feel of our carpets afterward as well as the condition the house was left upon completion of the cleaning process.

I also like the fact that the employees really go out of their way to provided prompt and courteous service. I cannot praise the them enough. The people who answer the phone are courteous, caring, and polite. The technicians that come to my home are also courteous, caring, and respectful of me, my home, and my property. My issues are always treated as if they are the only ones and there is never a sense of being rushed to get to the next customer.

I have used other carpet cleaning services but none of them compare to Zerorez. They take their time and are very thorough. Gil, the Zerorez professional that recently cleaned my carpets had me check every room as he finished to make sure that it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I have found with other companies that the carpet looks good while it is wet but once it dries you can still see places that aren't totally clean. With Zerorez my carpet looks the same wet or dry and after a couple days it looks even better. Gil gave me suggestions on ways I can keep the carpet clean in between professional cleanings and was just very helpful, nice, clean and courteous. I would recommend him and Zerorez to everyone that I know.

The carpet was very clean.
gentleman arrived earlier than expected, truck is well marked and he was in a uniform. he first explained why we had dark spots when i told him i think that the spots seemed to be worse after the last carpet cleaner. he was honest in his evaluation of some doggie destroyed areas, and was gentle when handling my daughter's "precious" stuffed animals. the stains really look to have come out. i think it looks better then even he thought it would too! i can let you know in 2 weeks if the stains have come back!

Should give a discount when a client receives several services. Say 10% per service after two services. In general Zerorez in more expensive than local carpet cleaners. Your technician did a good job, but a 20-30% premium is high.
The carpet looked great when he finished. All the spots I thought were there forever were gone, excpt the black nail polish. Larry, was very professional but friendly. Already posted on FB to my friends.
