Clean. Safe product.
The carpeting is clean, takes only a few hours to dry (you don't soak the carpeting) and
the carpeting remains clean for several weeks (minus the dog hair).

Service was great. Liked the way it cleaned the carpets. This is the first time I have used your service. The carpets cleaned were in in a rental of ours. They looked beautiful after the cleaning. Now it will be a test to see how long they will stay looking this good.

My carpet looks almost new (its old). No soapy feel.
One thing I would recommend - I was not told there was a trip charge and didn't know it
until I got the invoice the next day. Also my carpet had ripples (I called and asked about
these and was told it was normal). Customer should be told this so that they don't freak out. I was told they did disappear one the carpet was dry and they did.
The products are free of most chemicals so that is a big plus.
Your staff representative, David, was friendly and professional. I would request him again.
