No chemicals. The carpet smells good. The person who cleaned thecarpet was great.

I am waiting to see if the stains return and if they do how it is taken care of. If the stains do not return as they were I am happy to tell everyone I know about Zerorez and will be calling to have my carpet, 2 wing back chairs, and couch cleaned.

I e-mailed your company after my carpets were cleaned and got no response. I have used zero rez several times and have never had my carpets left so saturated . They didn't fully dry until the fourth day after they were cleaned. I had to vacuum them three times so that they could fluff up again. I wanted someone to come back and dry them the next day but got no response. I wasn't at all happy with the service I received. I was very disappointed.
