I felt like I was sold a "bill of goods". I explained everything that I needed on the phone and she was wonderful. It was one small area in my home....the landing on the 2nd floor. I was quoted $95.00. It ended up costing me $425.00 and the job was not done right. I even tipped Jacob $40.00. He assured me that I would have no trouble. He told me not to call the office but to call his cell phone if I had problems. Well, I did have problems. There was still urine from a small visiting dog that was at my house for 2 nights. I called and texted him numerous times. He was also supposed to return to take my area rug to the Carpet Doctor and charge me another $150.00. He never returned my calls or picked up the area rug. I finally called the office and he called me within 2 hours apologizing and stating his cell phone wasn't working correctly. Really??!! I don't think so. They sent a different person out (Jason/Jay) and the issue was resolved. Another 2 hours of my time. I work 65 hours a week at a full time and a part time job. I don't have time for this. I took the area rug to the Carpet Doctor myself. I'm so very disappointed as your company comes highly recommended by neighbors and my brother that is a Superintendent for a construction company. My brother was shocked and so am I. Very disappointed. Jacob took over an hour just to keep trying to up-sell me. I was so over it! I should have asked him to leave but I heard such good things about your company. You can make this right by crediting me $200.00 back on my credit card. I was way overcharged. Thank you, in advance.

no residue to quickly get dirty again but i payed almost $100 and i think it was the next day i heard on the radio about a special price as a first time customer, i would have appreciated that special price that was in the works i would have waited for it, had i known but excellent and considerate service.

The service was great, and not too expensive. We ended up opting for the add-on products (like deeper clean & protectant), which added to the final price, but for a basic clean $29/room is a great deal.

We were told that with a black light that pet pee stains were seen in two rooms. For $70 more they would treet for the stains. What we werent told was that included or did that money cover all the stains, or just the pee stains. We were not happy with the results.
Couldn't ask for better service. Even with a scheduling mistake Brad managed to fit me in day of. The carpets were cleaner than I could have imagined given all the foot traffic area stains. This company, employees, and service are a flash back to the times when service and best possible product came before the just making another buck. They will be first on my list from now on.
