Very good cleaning company!! I have use Zerorez for many years, and only once have I had to have them come back and redo one room to my satisfaction. Friendly employees and have always been very helpful in answering any question I would have about carpeting problems.
Zack was kind, personable and professional. He was able to get the job done expeditiously. I did dislike the sales tactic before even what was already confirmed the price will be this.. $200 more than quoted.

The carpet comes out so clean and it doesn't feel like there is a layer of soap left behind.
The gentleman that cleaned our items tried to get a mild stain out, but couldn't quite get it all.
My traffic areas and a couple of spots on living room carpet can still be seen once the carpet dried.
