Communication between technicians and me
It was awesome!
the best part of zerorez is there is no chemical smell or useage next comes the fanstatic techs that came out. Very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. Friendly and hard working. Our team was Juan and Anthony. Want them back. They cleaned the air ducts, cleaned and sealed the tile, cleaned the area rugs, cleaned the sofa and side chair. I had a different air duct service come out before we moved in a few years back. (didn't know Zerores did air ducts) Juan and Anthony did more to make sure all the air ducts were cleaned. Even the dryer duct. They will be coming back to clean the carpet. Had to leave floor space to move furniture for the carpets.
We had used Zerorez a few years back. My mother-in-law had spilled something on the carpet. Had them out and it never returned. My place to go for professional, friendly and get the job done right, company.
I didn’t like how they didn’t tell me about the $8 fee when I made the appointment. Also, my carpet was wet until this morning. The guy that came was really nice.
Ryan and Zak did a great job. Did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted, and did it quickly. Perfect. Kudo's to the both of them!!

There was an oily film all over my floors (the ones you cleaned and the laminate you didn't) that I'm having a really hard time getting up. Will try white vinegar on it today. Other than that, your technician couldn't have been nicer and he did a great job on the floors.
I don't know their names but the two gentlemen that came to clean our office were extremely nice and helpful....we would definitely request them for our next cleaning!

Toooo highly priced. Room size shouldn’t matter on size and should b considered one room. My living room is considered 3 rooms so I couldn’t get my up stairs loft n 3 bedrooms done. Very disappointed
