I waited to respond to your inquiry until my wife got back home from a vacation because she is the one that you need approval from. She was amazed that you were able to clean our white carpet as well as you did. Its been several weeks now and the carpet still is clean and looks so good. Your crew came in and did their work in a timely manner and the carpet dried very quickly. The only disappointment was a small stain around the dining room table that you could not get out but you told me in advance that it would be difficult and would take several treatments to remove. So we will have you come back out sometime soon and try again. Also your technicians were very nice and helpful.

Effective treatment without chemicals; great for those with compromised respiratory systems. Even old carpets get remarkably clean!!! Techs communicate before and during the appointment. Well done, Zerorez.
Professionalism
The service techs were terrific. Explained what they were doing while cleaning the house air ducts and dryer ducting.

I had 2 call backs on the appointment. One due to a Jose leak and the carpets were not properly drying. Second due to after the carpets dried white spots appeared where the carpets had been pretreated. The managers came out and had a tech come and reclamation the areas, but it would have been nice if they offered a discount for the next carpet cleaning appointment as a show of good faith that they would like to have me return.
Carpets look fabulous. Will call again in one year.
Rob at Zerorez did an amazing job. His customer service was superb. He was very friendly, accommodating and was even earlier than expected. He cleaned my carpets, stairs and both couches in under two hours and left them looking brand new. I highly recommend Zerorez and I strongly suggest asking for Rob to come and do your cleaning. Carpets are slightly damp but not wet so carpet drys quickly. There is also no chemical smell.

I’ve used Zerorez for years to clean my carpets and they always did a nice job. However, my recent experience to have my tile cleaned was less than satisfactory. The first person who came out (very personable) didn’t quite get the tile clean. As a result they sent a second person who did an excellent job.
The original cost was for $609 , the final cost was $820. Plus tips.

I like how clean my carpets turned out. Although it's just my husband and I with no pets and kids i was still amazed at how dirty they were. My carpet is 12 years old and they look pretty darn good.
