The work done on our tile and on our carpets was excellent. I like the fact there there is no residue left and that the time it took for our carpets to dry was relatively short.
My area rugs were taken away for cleaning, so that part is still pending. I had my tile floors cleaned and am not happy with the job at all. I noticed a white film was left behind ( I have dark tile floors). I took out my wet swifter mop to clean up some of the areas that had a heavy white film, and it came away filthy. So, I decided to go ahead and clean my entire house to get rid of the film. The floors were dirtier than they usually are — I mop my tile once a week. Needless to say, I would not pay to have this service done again.
Carpet usually dries in under 24 hours. Gets my carpet clean without leaving residue. Are prompt, professional and polite.

This is my 2nd time using zerorez and I love how my carpet turned out, looks like new, even though it's 20 years old, it feels clean, service was excellent, prompt, and professional. I don't have to worry about soap residue. I've used other services and my carpet would be dirty again in a month because of soap residue left.

One of the main reasons I hired you was because of your claim, on channel 8, you could do away with traffic spots, that did not happen. I waited 1 week before I vacuumed. After I vacuumed the traffic spots were still there. I feel like I paid a premium price and did not get the results you said you could deliver. The carpet is clean but the traffic spots are still there. I won’t be calling for your service again.

I called on Monday morning and got same day service! The technician, Rob, called ahead of time (as they said he would) to make sure I was home. He gave me an estimate for the rooms I wanted cleaned and I thought it was very reasonable. Less than $200 for 6 rooms (including large living room) and my closet! Rob got right to work and even moved some things for me to make it easier. He was efficient, thorough, and pleasant. I was extremely happy with the overall experience as well as the finished job. Highly recommend!
