We had you guys ran our carpet about a year ago and we were not very satisfied with the job! We were going to give you guys another chance to earn our business and the guy who came out did a great job! We will use you guys again but we will request for him every time.
The representative I had was amazing and I would request him again. When I had a problem before the management team handled it so poorly and unprofessional I swore to myself I would not be returning. I WAS a long time loyal customer.
Thorough explanation prior to beginning. They were effective at get some extreme dirt and stains out of my mother's carpet.

I was very happy with Luis. He was friendly, informative, clearly likes what he does, and explained everything to me. I had an unusual situation and needed an emergency carpet cleaning and even though i had a bad experience the last time i used your services, i decided to try it again. Luis was fantastic, and worked extremely hard.

I like the feel of the carpet and the pleasant smell. Service man was very nice and it looks like he did a good job. I am watching one spot that was really bad and hope it does not resurface but he said they would come back if it does. It's only one spot about 4 inches by 2 inches though.
