Prices are a bit higher than other good competition. I use Zerores because I like the way they professionally clean my wool area rugs. I only use Zerores for the rest of the carpet when I need my area rugs cleaned as well, when they offer a discount on carpet cleaning for the house.
My house and floors don’t have all these chemicals. The technicians were absolutely amazing. I rate this company a perfect 10. Thank you zerorez 😊

My carpets came out looking very good without that stiff feeling after cleaning solutions have been used that other companies do use.
This carpet cleaning is the absolute best. No residue from sudsy soaps, no weird chemically odors, just clean clean clean. They are professional, they get in and out but they make sure you are satisfied with the results. I will always use and recommend Zerorez.

I requested 5 rooms thinking that some rooms were small and half full of furniture, so less carpet would need to be cleaned. I spoke to Anthony about the rooms needed and he said it would be 6 rooms, even though some rooms, like the master bedroom and spare bed room had more furniture, less carpet. I finally told him to skip the living room, since it does not get much foot traffic, and was the cleanest
They were a few stains on the carpet. He did an excellent job getting those out
Just for your information: On the bill it said we had 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaned. We measured, only 65!!!
Stains disappeared for awhile, we left overnight and when we came back the next morning the spots were still there.
The 2 guys were very efficient, though.

Clean my stairs better.thy still looked dirty after it dryed
90%, or more, of the time the technicians are very involved in helping to make the cleaning of the carpet the very best possible. But, I never know if one or two technicians are coming, and I work very hard to move as much as I can before they arrive (sometimes while they are here at my home). If there were consistently 2 technicians I could depend on the help needed to move the furniture out of the way. Two carpet cleanings ago the technician was able to spend more time at my home because of how his day was scheduled- he even helped move ALL of my furniture back in the rooms with plastic pages under each and every furniture leg. This last cleaning I am still experiencing a problem with pet urine smell. My aging dog had relieved himself a couple of times in my bedroom, which is what necessitated that I clean the carpets in this area. I will call the company tomorrow and see if there is any way to possibly reschedule another appointment to see if it is even possible to remove the smell.
I recommend Zerorez to many of my friends, family, and customers. I am a contract designer and love to have companies that I feel this comfortable giving a recommendation for!
I really have no complaints about the company or the people that work for them. Great company that does a great job!
Areas that were not done: tile under refrigerator, tile in hall closet & tile corner in two bathrooms.

Great customer service. Carpets and tiles look good. We are first time customers and had a great experience.
I feel that the tech was super friendly and nice, which is very important when getting a service done in your home. He had the service done quickly but in no rush he made sure to go over everything with me. Then he had me check everything else and made sure I was happy before leaving. I noticed a significant difference in with this service than with the other carpet cleaners I’ve had in the past. All stains gone and no residue (carpet nice and soft). Very happy customer. I do wish that I had like a regular service, monthly or bi-monthly option at a discounted price.
