First and foremost we like the fact the cleaning of grout/carpets was pet friendly, the tech took the time to explain to my husband the process and what it entailed, and the tech was super courteous with exceptional customer service. I've had the carpets/grout cleaned at my parents house before it was sold and had planned to utilize this company for our house. Our next service will be the vent cleaning which is on our list.

I am very happy with how clean my carpets got. I have high traffic areas, that I thought would never come clean. My carpets are old, and I was skeptical. They are clean and look so much better! My stairs look brand new! I am so happy.

Rich was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and all of the extra costs for the cleaning. He did a great job.
A couple things come to mind.
1) You don’t pre vacuum? Isn’t that part of pre treatment preparation?
2) draining the truck in front of my house onto the street? That’s probably not good for the environment.
We've used them several times and the house always feels cleaner when they leave. Well done.
