Haven't had the best experience the 1st several times, this last carpet cleaning was literally the best I've ever had, My carpets were cleaner than ever and the Tech was absolutely amazing very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy!

Fast, friendly. Our cleaner was informative on the services and right on time.
The guys are good but two items:
1. They discovered problems with our tile (this is a good thing) but we should have canceled the service so the builder could fix rather than finish the sealing resulting in the builder to come out and remove the same grout they just sealed.
2. The pricing was higher than usual given our past experiences.

I prefer Zerorez's no harsh residue left on my carpets after their being cleaned.
Also, there is no odors to offend your nose.
