Excellent cleaning and excellent service. Have used Zerorez for many years and have never been disappointed and we have white carpet. With Covid we didn’t do an annual cleaning and went about 3 years before calling in Zerorez. Thrilled to have clean carpets again!

Workman was very professional and friendly and tidy. Our only concern was he said the carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours and it was not dry until about 18 or more hours. Made me wonder if he had spent enough time extracting the water.

My rugs stink my couch, stinks, service was done yesterday, and I thought perhaps it just needed to dry, I noticed the smell right away when I got home yesterday and again today they just smell so bad, does not smell like any cleaning solution was used whatsoever. The rugs and the couch stink like dirty water and it’s disgusting. I will be calling tomorrow morning.
