Some of the spots on carpet remain, still see outline of bed on the carpet in bedroom, soil line is evident. Operator advised that he was unable to remove the spots in living area, near recliner as what ever caused the spot indicted it was "red" and not removable. Also, soiled area in front of recliner was not completely removed.
Spot removal and soil removal was the reason we wanted the carpet cleaned. Overall, the carpet looks much better than before cleaning.
Operator was prompt, courteous and efficient.
