I am very pleased with the cleaning of my large, light colored area rug. I appreciate the technicians knowledge about the service the viscose/ wool rug required. Other company’s I have used in the past treated it like any other rug with bad results. I’ll use Zerorez from now on!

I signed up for the 117$ 3 room special. I had a bad dog accident in my bedroom. He said he could do level 1 but that wouldn’t work to get the urine out so said I needed level 2 which a deeper clean. He then said to treat each spot of urine would be more. Bottom line I paid 340$ for 3 rooms and a closet. My closet stain didn’t come out.
Very easy to get an appointment. Came on time as scheduled. Very professional and redid the 3 traffic areas that I was most concerned about. After one week carpets look as good as the day cleaned. Very pleased with service.

I was happy to get the scheduled time I wanted. The tech called me well in advance that he would be arriving. He was professional; wore shoe covers. We watched him work the entire time and he was very comfortable with that. Answered any questions we had. Will definitely call them again.

I know that it’s hard to estimate costs prior to the tech arriving and inspecting but I’d recommend either not providing an estimate or getting more information from the client so you can provide a better estimate. What I received and what I paid was quite a bit of a difference.

I was charged 3x the price offered by tech to deep clean pet stains. I was misquoted the additional bio treatment as being $35 per house not per pet stain. Further more I had to barter with tech to remove the $100 fee if he needed to use the portable system. He then retaliated by triple charging for pet stains and did not use blue light to expose any other stains I did not know location of. The call center refused to offer a price deduction.
My carpets now smell worse than before since he steamed surface of untreated pet stains.
Being on a fixed income is hard, especially when you entrusted care to chosen business and still left with unclean carpet & stress
