The technician worked efficiently along with took the time to explain the proper technique to cleaning stains. In all very honest and knowledgeable. The detail taken to the cleaning needs is above reproach. I like the method of natural cleaning. More important the biggest part of the job is the Technician, He was respectful of my home and professional. That in itself warrant the job was well done.

My carpet is rather old but it always looks great when my zerorez tech is done AND it continues to look good for many many months. Love Zerorez - it is so much better than any other carpet cleaning methods I've used in the past.

I feel like my service was rushed the carpet looked better but you can tell that a lot of the carpet was unevenly cleaned not happy

Not all the dirt came out. Jordan explained that it would take more than one session. You could offer the follow up session at a discout as I paid nearly $400.00 and my carpets are still streaky and patchy.
