This was second time I used zerorez. The first tech was amazing. I did deep cleaning with both. This last tech came in 15 mintues . Completed job I tipped him 20 dollars when he said when carpet drys they'll look perfect. Horrible job these are 2 small bedrooms that only used to sleep no one eats hangs out in there and his work was beyond terrible. Never again

Well…at $35.00 a room, and considering the fat that your tech only did around the bed in one room, around the bed in the second room, a hallway and the living room floor…not sure how we got to $217.00????

The gentleman that came to the house sprayed down some chemical but he didn’t get all the stains sprayed so when he shampooed he really didn’t take a lot of time and the stains are back the same day he left. So I called you guys and you will be coming back out on Tuesday to redo that one carpet
