Well done job and very professional.
I love that you clean with alkaline water instead of soap. I have my own alkaline water machine, and I had an ink stain on my carpet, and I made an 11ph water, and the stain was almost invisible, with a little elbow work.
Early scheduling, on time arrival, friendly and knowledgeable employee and good result.
The technician was timely, polite and very professional. He did a great job on the carpet that was just trashed to start with. They also made it easy for me to conduct the transaction from the road which was very convenient for me.
I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The carpet I had cleaned was extremely dirty. That's why I called Zerorez instead of doing it myself. But the results weren't as good as I had hoped for. It also left my carpet stiff. The technician that came out was skeptical of getting it all out. He was very friendly and professional and I realize they can only do so much, but I was hoping for more. I had to clean the same carpet when I purchased the house and it took a lot of work to get it clean...literally scrubbing on my hands and knees but I was able to get better results than I did having professionals come in.

Step by step process was explained thoroughly by your technician. After the service was completed and my carpet dried you can see how well they did. My carpet was good as new.

The service gentleman was so sweet and polite. The stains came out, but unfortunately so did the pet smell. I thought the pet treatment would help but made it worse. The coupon in the weekly fliers don’t save you money. It is just the price. Very misleading. Overall my experience with Zerorez was excellent.
