I think the carpets look great and I think Andrew the technician that came to my house did a great job. But the morning of my appointment there was some confusion about where I left a hide a key and if the house was empty which I was actually there waiting. Oh well. Overall I am pleased.

Some spots didn't clean up completely, the pile in the one room that has pile carpeting doesn't look "fluffy" anymore, plus the machine left streaks all over the carpet in every room that were still noticeable the next day, even after vigorously using a carpet rake on the room with pile. I didn't have these things happen the last time I used Zerorez. Other than that, the carpets feel and smell clean and the technician was very cordial and seemed to know the products very well.
