The carpeting does not come out "crunhy" The techs are well trained .
prompt, friendly, easy to communicate with, the man who came to my house was unable to reach me due to our phone being down and he still stopped by to make sure and keep the appointment, the cleaning is wonderful and a large stain on the back of the couch was much lighter, the furniture dries rather quickly
I have never liked the idea of residue, which inevitably remains from other cleaning methods. Zerorez gets my carpets cleaner than other methods and does not re-attract dirt. The technician Anthony is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, hard-working, good at what he does, and personable.

Stains returned, I think should have spent more time on the stains to make sure removed completely. For example, stain is gone except a portion came back.
I didn't like results of tile and grout cleaning, technician didn't clean the small areas like behind the toilet , corners behind the doors, and the high traffic tile area in the kitchen by the stow tile stil stained, also when I was mAking reservation I was told tile and grout Cleanung and sealing price was 1 diollar per squerfoot, but after technitian finished cleaning I asked him if he was going to seal the grout he said it would be additional charge, my total bill came to a 500 dollars, but technitian didn't give me a receipt . Carpet looks and feels nice,and clean, no residue, but we didn't have a lot of stain on it anyway,
They are natural, no chemicals, and leaves my carpets so clean! :)

it did what you claimed it would, the technichian did an excellent job and worked extra hard on the areas that needed it, both carpet and tile.
I love how quickly our carpets were cleaned. The service tech, Brandon, was friendly, explained the process, told me what we may expect and quickly went to work.
The rugs are spotless and the tech was very professional and caring.

The tech (Brandon) that came out was very friendly and went over the procedure in detail with me.
The carpet came out really nice after the cleaning.
The only negative is that we had to wait all day for the tech to get here. We were told between 10am & 1pm but and showed up after 1pm. He mentioned that he was ready to take care of us earlier and tried to call us 5 times.He just happened to stop bye and was going to leave a note on the door but I was able to see him coming up the drive. Dispatch or whoever handles sending out the phone numbers gave Brandon the wrong number.

I love the fact that there are no harsh chemicals for my children and pets!!! You came in, did the job, and were gone. I was disappointed you didn't have paper slips for the floor so I didn't have to wear "clean white socks" as was suggested by the technician.
The carpeting always comes very clean and I like the fact that there is no residue left behind.

I have had Zerorez clean the carpets several times. This is the first time at this house, and I'm not as pleased as I have been in the past. The carpets were wetter than they have ever been - that's one of the things I love about you is that the carpets are usually almost dry when you leave, but this time it took over 24 hours. And now I'm noticing that several of the stains are coming back - never had that happen either. Get back to where you started, and do a GREAT job every time.

We have been homeowners in Las Vegas for more 35 years.....This was our very best experience with carpet cleaning.....K was very personable, professional and hard working....where other companies made excuses, he cleaned and let his job speak for him.....excellent....I would not have believed it if I had not seen the job for myself......
Tony was great and very sociable. He cleaned our carpets and our air ducts and recommended getting out grout and tile cleaned at his discount for $0.75 per sq ft. After he cleaned, the rooms had a strong urine smell and many stains were brought out throughout the home. He came to redo the job (due to your 100% guarantee) and ended up not redoing the job. He said the pet urine was too extensive and he could not help us. He was not willing to re-shampoo the carpets. I feel I wasted my money on getting my carpets cleaned when he could have recommended I replace them from the very beginning, rather than throwing away that money on unsalvageable carpet.
