Friendly and professional service. We had our entire house cleaned and we are very happy with the results. Services used were tile clean and seal, carpet and rug cleaning. Didn't know that they also do leather furniture or I would have gotten that too.
The price was reasonable, the worker was personable and knowledgeable and the product did a good job on the carpet.
No attention to detail-when couch was dry I inspected in the couch and in the cracks was never vaccumed prior to steam clean and the seams needed more attention
The only furniture that was moved was a small ottoman. When I did my floors myself, I moved more furniture (and I'm a 5'2" woman). How can a carpet cleaning company move essentially NO furniture?
Our technician was prompt, professional and did an excellent job. Joshua arrived early and had finished 3 rooms within 30 minutes. He was very courteous, answered all questions and I highly recommend his services. Zerorez was great and we will use them again.

My Service Tech made the appointment on time, was well organized, and very efficiently worked thru my house from the top story far corner to the front door, giving special effort and attention to some carpet stains. The end result was remarkable...in a very good way.
